New Road & Mountain Bike Helmets from Lazer | Sea Otter 2019
This video contains product placement on behalf of Lazer. With a long history in road racing that dates back to 1919, Lazer has had plenty of time to refine their range of helmets. It comes as no surprise, then, that their newest road and mountain bike helmets are feature-packed.
Their new Impala helmet is aimed squarely at the top end of the market, with a host of features. Available in both MIPS and non-MIPS versions, the helmet has 22 large vents, an adjustable visor with goggle parking, an action camera mount that should break away in an impact and Lazer's Advanced Turnfit System that adjusts the helmet's fit.
The Century lid is Lazer's latest iteration of this model and claims to draw on 100 years of experience. Like the new MTB helmets, the Century is packed with features including Twistcap that lets you change how much air can enter the helmet, an integrated rear light and internal air channels to help keep your head cool. Also available in MIPS and non-MIPS, the helmet features Lazer's Advanced Turnfit System.
Lazer has also been working hard to develop a system called Autofit that adjusts the helmet's size to its wearer automatically.
